Ian du Randt, Managing Director
Ian has over twenty five years experience in the service industry.
Upon immigrating to South Africa in 1981, he joined De Beers and was responsible for their entire catering operations in the Northern Cape.
In 1987 Ian joined a national industrial catering company and opened their offices in Northern KwaZulu Natal.
In 1997 Ian founded Compass Management Holdings and Compass Management Services and in 1998 Compass Waste Services.
